The Balch Springs "News-Blast"  is a printed newsletter publication, available to all residents and business owners of the City of Balch Springs. It is the City's Voice to the Citizens of Balch Springs. Bringing you Current Events, Story Highlights, City Accomplishments, New Development, and Upcoming Updates, you'll always be "In The Know" in the City of Balch Springs.
