When ones water is past due, disconnect, etc.. they are unable to view any kind of statements past or present with their billing. They have to contact balch springs water department. Personally and let's face it, they aren't all nice people with any kind of quality customer service skills. It would be nice to be able to log into our personal accounts and view all history of billing statements. Past or present. If this is possible and maybe I am missing it, my apologies but I don't think I am missing it.
