Facility Rates include Banquet Hall and Kitchen $100/hr for both resident and non-resident $150.00 Deposit for residents of Balch Springs, $50 non-refundable. $250.00 Deposit for non-residents of Balch Springs, $50 non-refundable. $30/hr Security fee for all events with any type of music. Guy Berry Softball Fields & Lew Park Youth Fields

Monday-Friday Fields rent for $25.00 per field for a 2 hour minimum.  Saturday and Sunday Fields rent for $50.00 per field with a 2 hour minimum.  Security must be hired for all weekend games.   If lights are required, there will be an additional $25.00 after hours fee to have someone turn the lights on an off.

Kidstown Pavilion

Location: 12100 Lake June Rd. No fees, but must complete a contract at the Recreation Center. Reservations done on first come first served basis. Forms may be completed Monday - Friday only, 10am - 8:30pm.
