Senior Center
The Balch Springs Senior Center is located at 2919 Balch Springs Road. It is open to all senior citizens in the Balch Springs community and transportation is available to any senior that does not drive or have a ride to the center. Call the center to make arrangements. The center offers a variety of activities for free or minimal cost.
Free Commodities to seniors in the area - fourth Thursday of every month, 9:30 - 11am. Items vary each month and may include cheese, pasta, cereal, juice, etc.

We are looking for volunteers to help seniors that could use an extra hand. Tasks may include yard work, lot clean up, minor repairs, etc. For more info, call 972-557-7215.
