Welcome to the City of Balch Springs!  Website changes are coming! For additional news and events, check the City Announcements link to the right.

Balch Springs is located in southeast Dallas County.
The city is approximately 16 miles southeast of downtown Dallas and approximately 34 miles southeast of Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport. The city shares its northeast border with the City of Mesquite and its south and west border with the City of Dallas.

The City is now on a four-day work week.

Hours are Monday - Thursday,

7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

City Hall is CLOSED ON FRIDAYS.

 

 

Balch Springs is preparing for the 2010 Census. For details, check the link under "What's New" to the right. Also check out the

Census 2010 website.

 

 

Red Light Cameras are being installed at intersections to improve safety in Balch Springs.  Cameras will become operational at 12 a.m., March 1. The grace period begins MARCH 1 and ends MARCH 31!!!

established to help low-income, high-energy users to

lower their energy consumption and energy costs.

Please fill out the application and return it the address on the cover letter.

 

 

A new roundabout is being constructed at the intersection with Pioneer Rd. and Eastgate Dr.
