THE CELEBRATION IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO ATTEND FOR FREE!
It’s time to celebrate our 70th birthday! The City of Balch Springs has a number of historical milestones to acknowledge as we launch the start of an event like no other ever witnessed since its incorporation in 1953. We are calling on the historians to create a collage of memories as well as volunteers for the multicultural activities for this celebration! To Volunteer, call 972-286-4477, Ext. 214 -or- 125
