SALARY

Salary ranges are designed to be competitive within industries and municipalities. Salaries are based on position and qualifications.

RETIREMENT (mandatory)

Texas Municipal Retirement System (2:1 Match)  

LONGEVITY

Tiered longevity pay provided in a lump sum check in November of each year.

LEAVE POLICIES

  • Sick Leave – FT employees 10 hours per month
  • Vacation leave
    • 1 year = 40 hours
    • 2 – 4 years = 80 hours
    • 5 -14 years = 120 hours
    • 15 – 19 years = 160 hours
    • 20 or more years = 200 hours
  • Personal leave (non-civil) = 56 hours per year

HOLIDAYS

10 PAID Holidays per year
