Rent a Facility
To check availability and/or to make a reservation, please call 972-557-6090 or stop by the Recreation Center, located at 4327 Shepherd Lane. Deposit and rates vary based on residency and the rental facility. You will need to provide proof of residency and your current photo ID.
Please note: Youth ages 14 and younger must leave by 7 p.m. unless accompanied by an adult.
Available Facilities
- Guy Berry Ball Fields and Irwin Park Youth Fields - If lights are required, there will be an additional after-hours fee to have someone turn the lights on and off.
- Meeting Room (located inside the Recreation Center) - Located at 4372 Shepherd Lane, the Recreation Center has a meeting room with kitchen, and a gymnasium available to reserve.
- Civic Center - Located at 12400 Elam Road, facility rates include access to the banquet hall and kitchen.
