Veterans Memorial Engraving
The City of Balch Springs is asking veterans, friends and/or families to consider submitting the names of a deceased veteran to be engraved and forever honored on our new Balch Springs Memorial Monument.
The name of the deceased veteran will be engraved onto the memorial monument, only if they were a resident within The City of Balch Springs or had been a resident previously in life.
If interested, please complete the application by clicking the link below. A copy of the veteran’s DD Form 214 or 256 is required to be submitted along with the application. If we do not receive the DD Form 214 or 256, we will not accept the application.
