Your Balch Springs Fire Department is happy to partner with the American Red Cross for our No Silent Houses, Smoke Alarm Program. This program helps provide smoke alarms to single family homes in Balch Springs at no cost to the occupants. The only requirement is that you live in Balch Springs. We will install the alarms for you and show you how to properly test them monthly.
