Water Quality Concerns

UPDATED NOTICE: All Customers who receive potable water from the City of Balch Springs

On February 18th in response to the Inclement Weather Emergency we faced, The City of Balch Springs in conjunction with Dallas Water Utilities issued recommendations for conserving water. This was due largely in part to allow time for system repairs by City of Dallas on their water distribution system.

At no time during this weather event was the City water supply compromised and remains safe, and we have returned to normal operations. We appreciate the understanding from our customers during this difficult time.

If you have any questions regarding the information in this notice feel free to contact me on my office phone at 972-286-4477 x207 or via email at wfreeman@cityofbalchsprings.com.

Sincerely,
William R. Freeman
Director of Public Works
