Beginning October 31, Frontier Waste Solutions (City of Balch Springs solid waste provider), will begin yellow tagging garbage and recycling bins when they are unable to collect garbage for any of the reasons listed on the yellow tag shown below. We hope this will help improve garbage and recycle collection in the City.
